• Set up notifications for events that you're interested in. For example, if you'd like to be notified via email whenever a new craft fair is entered, you can set this in your account pannel.
• List your own events. Listings are FREE  - only upgrades such as adding bolding or better placement have small fees attached to them. See the pricing page for complete details.
• Manage your event listings. You can delete or modify your event listings at any time on your "my account" page.
• Receive event expiration reminders. If you have events listed, you will receive a reminder before your listing expires that your listing is about to expire. This will give you an opportunity to renew the listing if needed.
• Vote on Events: Share your experience with others. If you've attended this event in the past, why not let others know how much you enjoyed it?

When you setup your account, you will be asked for contact information, but you can change this information on each listing, if necessary. For example, you may be promoting several events in your community - you can enter the address, phone and website for each event individually when you create the listings. (NOTE: We do not share your contact information with any other company for any other reason except our authorized retailer, 2CheckOut.com, for order processing, if you are buying listing enhancements or a listing subscription program.)

When you enter your listing, you will be given the opportunity to select a period of time that you want the listing to appear. You can choose from 1 week up to 3 months. Choosing 3 months on an event that is 3 months away will give the event optimal exposure. There are no fees associated with the duration of the listing - so select the time period that is most appropriate for your event. (There's not a lot of advantage to having a listing that is live after the event has expired.)  If your event is ongoing, you will have to renew it every 3 months - you will receive an email reminder that the listing is about to expire.

 Please post each event only once: Select the best category for your event and post it to that category only. Duplicate listings will be deleted. Regardless of which category you've posted your event to, your event will be available via search.

Event mapping: note that each event has the ability to link directly to Mapquest to provide directions to viewers. Please be as accurate as possible in providing this informations when listing your event. It is a terrific feature of this site that many other event calendars do not provide. Attendance depends on them finding you!

Zip Code Search: When you select the "search" tab you can search by zip code as well as by event type, state and more! This zip code search feature will help you find events close to home thus saving on transportation costs.

Tell-a-Friend: Share events that with friends and family. The "tell-a-friend" feature allows you to send an event listing to someone without having to type in all of the event details.

Leave a message to poster: All emails at this site are kept confidential, but you can click on the "send message" if you have questions about an event and they will receive a message via our in-house messaging system. Their reply will come back to your via the same system, thus protecting your email from spammers.
